- Hello Loyal Brewer's Saab Customers and Friends,
- I'm sorry it's been awhile since you have heard from us. If you haven't already heard General Motors has sold Saab to the Dutch company Spyker. The assembly line has been restarted and 2010 Saab's are being produced as we speak. I give credit to Saab lovers from around the world for saving Saab. If it wasn't for the letters that were written, various postings on websites and the general outcry of support for Saab around the world, I really feel GM would have eliminated Saab. Thank you all for your support and your help.
- Now as for the future of Brewer's Saab, we have been named as an "Authorized Saab Service Facility" by Saab Cars North America. What this means is that we will continue to be able to service your Saab's and continue to honor your warranties just as we always have. We will also continue to purchase parts and accessories from Saab just as we always have. It will be business as usual as far as the service and parts end of the business.
- Where there will be some changes is in the sales area of the business. At this time we have decided due to the uncertain financial picture of today's economy that we will discontinue offering the sale of new Saab's. This is a decision that we have made and was not forced upon us by Saab Cars North America. We have decided to concentrate our business on the selling of specially selected pre-owned (used) Saabs just as we always have and of course the service and parts end of the business. Our focus has been and always will be on taking care of YOU, our loyal customers.
- This was a very hard decision for us to make but we feel it is the right decision for us at this time. This will make us a financially stronger company so that we can be here for you now and in the future. We have Saab Cars North America's support in this decision and we anticipate returning to new Saab sales in the future when it is financially feasible to do so.
- So basically it's business as usual at Brewer's Saab Inc. Same name, same great people and the same great service. Everything you have learned to expect from us. We are rebuilding our inventory of specially selected Pre-owned Saabs with a wide variety of models and prices. We can find like new late model Saabs for you at a significant savings over new. We may even add some other brands to our inventory to include vehicles not produced by Saab like trucks and vans. So let us know if there is a certain vehicle you are looking for and we will see what we can do to find the perfect vehicle for you.
